How often will I receive products?
You can choose the frequency of your subscription when selecting your products. You can choose to receive them monthly, every 2-3 months or even every 6 months.

What about other savings & promotions?
Unfortunately, our subscription service only includes our standard products. Giftsets and bundles are not included.

How do I amend or cancel my subscription?
Log into your account & click "manage your subscriptions". In this area you can add or remove products, pause or cancel your subscription.

How does the 4th Consecutive item free promotion work?
For every item you have subscribed to and receive 3 times in a row you are eligible for the 4th same item for free.
This means you will get your 4th, 8th, 12th etc. for free as a little thank you from us. Changing or amending the dates for your subscription will not affect this but cancellations will.
